The property is nice, location is amazing in the middle of the Ajloun forests.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, the property is well tended, with plenty of spaces to sit outside and chill, swings for the kids. A little boho style in the nature, it was lovely! Our children had so much fun in a safe and green environment. Cottages are simple but clean with comfy beds.
A little mixed up at check-in, as there are actually 2 properties, with two different owners. My friends and I were at first dispatched in different locations, but the owners ended up finding a solution for us, which was really appreciated.
We didn't manage to have breakfast, as it would have taken an hour and a half, which was not possible with small children. It was Ramadan, so it was probably a bit more complicated to anticipate?

The location was amazing, the scenery, The View, you have your cabin and a sitting place outside with shades and a swing, they provide you with some services such as shisha and soft drinks, Coffee and Tea.
It was raining the night before we booked so all of the sofas in the sitting area outside as well as the chairs on the porch of the cabin were all wet rendering them unusable.
around dusk the people that manage the property started playing some loud music that lasted for like 30 mins.
When we first came to the property our cabin was not ready we had to wait for another hour for it to be cleaned and set up, we were already tired from the 1 hour 20 minutes ride from Amman to this place.
We asked for certain setups for the room, and if they provided certain services, they said yes. Once we got there it turned out they didn't do any of our requests nor did they have some of the services they said they provided.
