We stayed here in mid-July and enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the charming streets and sights of Ayvalık.
The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was average in selection, but the nice view from the breakfast area made it more enjoyable.
A big plus was the parking arrangement — the hotel has an agreement with a nearby parking area, so we were able to park at a good value, which is especially useful in the busy summer season.
Overall, a comfortable and well-located choice for a short stay in Ayvalık.

Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω θερμά όλη την ομάδα του ξενοδοχείου για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία. Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική – το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει, και οι παροχές πολύ άνετες.
Ένιωσα σαν στο σπίτι μου και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσω ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου. Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό και την ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση.
Πολλά ευχαριστώ στον Suleiman τον υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου που έκανε ότι ήταν δυνατόν για να έχουμε με μια υπέροχη διαμονή!!!!

Много добра локация в центъра, на пешеходно разстояние от всичко наоколо.
Страхотна панорамна тераса,на която да се насладите на цялото крайбрежие, докато се храните.
Добре оборудвана стая и баня.
Добра закуска,но еднаква всеки ден.
Вежлив персонал.

Стаята не беше почистена при настаняване, нито по време ма целия ни престой. Мръсни чаршафи и матрак. Дълги косми по леглото и пода на спалнята и банята.
Първата вечер нямаше топла вода.
Поради местоположението на обекта, бе изключително шумно от заведенията на улицата зад хотела и близката джамия, по цяла нощ.
Липсва асансьор и имайте предвид,че паркинга до хотела е платен и се заплаща за всеки час престой

Good location - very close to old town. The bed was comfortable.
The building is smoky, since most people in the country smoke a lot. You want to make sure there's no smoke smell in the room. The key fob that turns on electricity was very finicky. No breakfast, but there's a good coffee shop next door. No parking. You either have to park at the expensive parking lot nearby or look for a free spot on the street 300-500 meters away. Even pulling up to unload is very difficult as there is a bus stop outside the hotel.
