Precioso alojamiento de 3 plantas, decorado con gusto y cariño, en la primera planta 2 habitaciones con baño cada, en la segunda 1 habitación con salón y 2 baños y en la tercera la cocina con la maravillosa terraza taza, hace calor pero aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Abstenerse los que no quieran escaleras.

The location and the space we had was amazing. I appreciated the air conditioning and all the bathrooms. Everything was clean. The view was fantastic.
Upstairs AC didn’t work.

Wir hatten ein wundervollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr charmanten, sauberen und tollen Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 4 Duschen & WCs und einer schönen Dachterrasse mit Sicht auf den Bosporus! Die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war sehr gut und wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment itself was charming and offered fantastic views. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay, which was especially appreciated, and each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, complemented by a fourth standalone bathroom for added convenience.
Despite the issues we encountered, Naz was responsive and understanding. As a gesture of goodwill, she kindly arranged a complimentary airport shuttle for our group, which was greatly appreciated and helped offset some of the inconvenience experienced during our stay.
I would have loved to give this property a much higher rating; however, it fell short of expectations in several key areas.
The fourth bed advertised was actually more of a sofa and did not convert into a proper bed as expected, which was disappointing given our group's booking requirements. We also experienced ongoing Wi‑Fi issues that could not be resolved during our stay, resulting in several guests having to purchase additional international roaming data to remain connected.
There were also a number of maintenance concerns. We discovered a nail protruding from the floor on the staircase landing, creating a potential safety hazard. To the property's credit, a handyman attended promptly and fixed the issue after it was reported. Unfortunately, the washing machine was also unusable due to a leak, which was particularly inconvenient during an extended stay.
Adding to these challenges, the apartment was in the process of transitioning to a new property management company during our visit. As a result, we had to communicate with two separate parties throughout our stay, which created unnecessary confusion and made resolving issues more difficult than it should have been.
Honestly, if it had just been my partner and me, I would have requested to move to another property. However, as we were travelling with friends, we decided to make the best of the situation and stay for the remainder of our trip.
While the apartment had its strengths, the issues outlined above significantly impacted our overall experience and prevented the stay from meeting the standard we had anticipated.
