Convenient but costly

Well maintained and spacious apartment for a secured stay for families and with good car park.

Host Ana was very proactive and helpful in assisting with any of our queries immediately. The car park facility is very good with ample space with secured gate. The entrance to the apartment is also through this secured gate which gives a safer feel.

I did not receive the email instructions with the check-in details from Booking.com at the time of our check-in and hence we had to contact the host who was very kind in assisting us immediately.

Great place

It was clean and tidy, comfortable bed.

Personal preference, but I would've preferred the heating on before arrival as it took a while to warm up, but once it did, no complaints as it was plenty warm.

Very convenient and comfortable :)

Clean, everything we needed, heating, hot water, kitted out kitchen, was close to the main train station and centre of town. Check in was straightforward, no hassle deciding who gets the keys as everything was done with codes, and as we were a large group that was very convenient for us.

Comfortable apartment with everything I needed

Clean, comfortable. Perfect for what I needed.

The bedroom of this apartment is located directly below the living space of the flat above, this caused some disruption to sleep as it was occupied

Great place to stay if everything had been working.

Great sized individual bedrooms , with large en-suites. Kitchen had everything we needed. Lounge area was a good size with comfy seating. Car parking was great behind a security gate.

First two days there we didnt have a working TV - I personally bought new batteries and tried everything but to no avail. I messaged the owner / manager and told them they needed a new remote - 1st day they tried new batteries even though i had told them i had been and bought some new ones. 2nd day never heard anything. 3rd day new TV which worked fine. Pity nobody spoke to us to tell us of their plans

Cleanliness and great location with convenient car park. Good sized apartment.

The twin beds were a bit too narrow for our liking.

Perfect for us as my daughter had her graduation at loughborough university

Clean tidy and had all the amenities. Excellent place to stay 5 mins walk from the town Centre

Noisy main road next to bedrooms. Could do with a lick of paint.

Overall the apartment and the location and cleanliness and comfortability I cannot fault.

The apartment was in a great location near to all shops and amenities. There was everything you needed in the apartment for a short or long stay.

They could have left a inventory of some of the products that were faulty or broken. We paid a damage waiver of £150 which should be refunded after your stay. This has taken over a month for this to happen and still waiting even after contacting the apartment.

The apartment was clean and tidy and plenty of room. And the off road safe parking is a bonus!

The bed pillows where a bit flat, so it was hard to get comfortable abd have a full nights sleep.

Soacious location. as per photos. easy to walk into town.

very close to station. very quiet. digital check I was fine. very spacious and great they provided coffee, kitchen roll and other basics

if you could provide a bit of washing detergent for machine that would be great and save buying for just a quick load of washing

We found our accommodation perfect for what we needed for the weekend.

We were in the area to enjoy the Glastonbudget Festival near the village Wymeswold. We did not want to camp at the festival so this location was ideal for us. We found a fabulous place called Goodliffes for breakfast. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our two night stay. The carpark is secure and has gates with security code. It was located on the right side of town to drive to the festival.

The views aren't pretty over the car park and builders merchant yard. But we weren't spending any time there, just to sleep and shower.

perfect apartment for a family to stay in, everything included kitchen utensils and towels

the space in the apartment is great, washer/ dryer was a massive help during our stay too

the wifi was a bit hit and miss and didnt work in the bedroom, but the tv was great

Comfortable enough but wouldn't want to spend more than 2 nights there.

Location and parking were a bonus for us. The heating was easy to use and soon warmed the space in the living area. Well appointed with most things you would need for a short stay.

The shower room had a leak from upstairs which was dripping soiled water into the shower and which had been happening for some time as the ceilings in both the shower room and living area were stained and damp. This I reported to the owner. We also heard scampering and gnawing in the ceiling on both nights we stayed. I also reported this to the owner.

Clean, easy to find, partially enclosed parking fence panel missing.

Lack of comfortable seating (1 two seater sofa for four people) noise from other apartments and road. Not received codes for gates or apartment. Obviously same code for other apartments as got walked in on during stay. Dated damaged decor.
