Excellent location. Clean tidy , comfortable. Excellent host . Easy to get key . Comfy bed. Parking. Used it 3 years in a row and will always go back

The room was functional, clean and sizeable. We stayed in room 2. It was not en suite but the bathroom was very close. Excellent shower with lovely hot water. The room was a little hot at night.

It was fine I knew what we would get when booking so have no complaints. Would be happy to stay there again when in Shirley.

Needs a good spruce up, lots of cracks and chips, but good value for money. Needs a better checking in system. Otherwise clean, and relatively smart little room, good value, clean sheets - can't ask for much more tbf. Pretty happy all in 👍
