Be careful

A spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings.

The listing on Booking.com and other sites is inaccurate. There is NO washing machine and dryer in the room. You have to pay more to use the laundry service. There is NO coin operated laundry as indicated on other sites. There is no hair dryer in the room although you can get one from reception. The barbecue that is mentioned is by the pool. After making the booking the property asks you to sign a completely separate agreement that does not match Booking.com (eg the points mentioned above and the check out time). Also, when you pay you get hit with an extra 6% credit card surcharge. The apartment (top floor) was baking hot with a/c in the bedrooms but not the living area (which seems quite common in Costa Rica). There is a very steep driveway up to the apartments and then steep steps to get up to the rooms. Not suitable for heavy bags.

Good place to visit Quepos and Manuel Antonio in Family or Friends.

I liked the location in the mountain, we were able to see monkeys and other kinds of animals, the place was very clean and comfortable to spend time in Quepos.

1. The pool did not work, but we received a discount. 2. On my last night was a noise party in the next department too late at night. 3. I requested a late checkout of 3h but was not possible, sometimes in another place if possible.
