Right in the center of Ceret, in the pretty narrow streets and alleyways of old Ceret. Parking just around the corner, under old plane-trees.
Well equipped for cooking but plenty of restaurants. Clean rooms. Entrance at street level, living room + kitchen on first floor and 2 bedrooms and rather small toilet + shower on second floor. Quiet street, except Saturdays where vendors start putting up stalls around 6 AM. Within a few hours the street is transformed into a charming market. All taken down again after lunch.
Visiting during the warm summer months we really would have liked aircondition. Not much wind moves through the windows in the narrow streets. The large movable fans in each bedroom certainly helped, but is a noisy solution.

appartement très agréable, donnant sur les boulevards ombragés (platanes centenaires magnifiques), tout près du centre ancien de Céret, des bars, restaurants, un parking gratuit tout proche, bref une excellente situation.
Nous avons été reçu par Frédéric qui nous a accueilli très aimablement, nous donnant tous les renseignements nécessaires pour notre séjour .
peut être l'absence de climatisation quand l'été est caniculaire comme cette année 2026, mais nous avions 2 gros ventilateurs et les pièces donnent toutes sur le boulevard ombragé et frais.

Perfectly situated. In the town centre. Facilities very good. It was quiet although it was festival week. But time of arrival had to be carefully calculated as the parking was very limited at the time, with complicated restrictions. Parking is also limited on a saturday, but its a great location to be in for the market. Frederic was flexible about our time of arrival and departure. Céret is a beautiful friendly and jnteresting town
The mirror in the second room was for a very tall person, which was not great for me! The house does not have private parking. The town centre streets are cleaned very early so there is some noise, we didn‘t mind because we wake early any way.
