Nous avons bien aimé la plage, les animateurs du kids club étaient supers, les enfants se sont bien amusés à l’aquapark. La restauration était bonne et très variée. Quelques animations du soir étaient bien. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est entré Réthymnon et Chania.
Les odeurs au niveau de l’aquapark et des wc de la chambre. Quelques animations du soir sont à revoir. Le personnel de la réception étaient des fois désagréables. Les prestations de l’hotel sont chères comme les massages et le service de blanchisserie.

- everywhere there is space, there are always sunbeds, available at the pools, the beach and the aqua park during the day. No reserving of sunbeds or stressing out to get one!!
- Beach is great with service at your Cabana
- Quality of food is amazing as well as the variety
- Take the room with shared pool if available we had this and it was so relaxing.
- Minibar in the room is all in!
- Spa is nice, we took a massage it was great
- The waterpark never felt busy even thought both hotels can use it. No waiting lines for the slides and beds available all day.
Improvements
- have to agree to some comments the room needs renovation. We had two rooms. One was perfectly fine the other one missed the remote controle of the ceiling fan - they tried to fix it but they were unable during our week of stay
- One of the buttons for the shower flipped of
- Lots of mosquitoes in the evening so take mosquito spray!
This was however minor things to an amazing stay. We will def go back!!
