Emplacement top, personnel agréable et lieu propre.

Newish, modern, stylish. Nice lounge and pool with a bay view. Room and balcony were very large. Kitchenette well equipped with appliances and basics; oddly, it was located on the open balcony.
Water in room was warm, not hot. Modern & stylish, but not comfortable—no soft seating in lounge, large room had no seating area such as a studio apartment. Staff was uncaring. We arrived unexpectedly early at 12:30, was told room was not ready—no problem, told them we’d be in lounge. But over 2 hours later, we’d not been informed that room was ready, and when I checked with desk, the staff had turned over and had no idea we were waiting, and, room WAS ready. Know that if you’re not paying for a bay view room (front side), the rear side rooms have an industrial view.

l’emplacement.
Il y avait pas d’eau pendant une journée dans l’hôtel, fallait se doucher à la bouteille, pas évident .. le bruit était insupportable, malgré la baie vitrée fermé.. on étendait la discussion et les cris des enfants et des résidents à côté de la piscine sans parler des résidents juste en dessus de nous, impossible de dormir car on entendait le bruit de leurs pas et les cris des parents car y’avait pas de sonorisation.
