Zest restaurant was great and very convenient
Bathroom was really musty and moldy smelling, and tile grout was quite mildewy. Fan needs to be installed in bathroom. Turned a/c on high to reduce humidity and smell. Hall also very, very musty. Almost checked out two days early because of smell.
The room was very clean (except for grout) so compliments to the cleaning staff.
Not having hair dryer in the room, nor Kleenex, nor coffee/tea was really disappointing.
The music was non-stop and loud. Would have been nice to hear the ocean while eating breakfast.
Smoking was everywhere outside - suggest it be relegated to one area only in the patio. Had to keep moving while eating outside to get away from smoke.

The Hotel was in a good area and I liked the Restaurant.
The breakfast was also adequate.
The staff was friendly and the room service was good as they came every day.
Overall the hotel was good.
The WIFI was compromised and your information was visible to hackers.
I believe that my Laptop was hacked, but my IT advised that it looks like somebody accessed my room. IT could not see any remote access to my laptop.
I requested the CCTV (available on all floor) to eliminate the possibility of anybody accessing my room , but received excuse after excuse.
Apparently the manager was the only person with the code to check the CCTV, but she was never available and never in the office at the time that was supposed to be at work 9am in the morning.
I was never contacted back and I found that very annoying.
I made the staff aware that they need to secure the internet/wifi, but it did not seem to concern them.
