旅館環境寬敞整潔明亮，有設計感，房間擺設簡單，淋浴、馬桶各為獨立空間很大、很優質。
鄰近車站、全聯、市場，走路兩、三分鐘可達，堪稱便利。鞥鞥
唯一不便是洗手台沒有置物空間。洗手台上面鏡子下方有一小條木板可以放小牙膏，但是太窄，無法放置保養品，小缺憾。

玉里很少青年旅舍，所以有這麼文清風格的，就會想吸引人住住看。入住可採用自助報到機進行報到，挺方便的，只是一開始不懂得操作，工作人員還來協助。因為食物不能帶進房間內食用，只能在一樓享用，但我覺得一樓的氣氛很棒!有一種優閒自在的感覺，一樓的冰箱可以冰食物，廚房也能使用，很方便，還有一隻喵喵會在那兒。房間內，因為空間不大，所以行李箱只能放在靠近門旁邊，會顯得空間不太夠用。通鋪感很舒服。每個樓層都有飲水機，這樣很棒，可以用自己的保溫瓶裝水喝，房間內也有附玻璃壺和茶杯可以使用。

公共區域非常寬敞而且舒適！無印風格簡約乾淨也有書籍可以閱讀，後院也有種植植物跟可愛的小貓咪，服務人員親切接待也提供了很多當地的旅遊資訊。
如果有電視還有洗脫烘衣機更棒了！如果有提供早餐也很好。☺️
