The location is very convenient, close to the Hokkaido University. The room is very spacious, with a balcony. Very comfortable stay.
It is on the main road, so the cars pass by all night, better to carry a earphone.

The design was very nice, and the place was quite large for a Japanese accommodation
A tad far from the station, especially so because I had to push my luggage and travel on foot from the station haha

Cleanliness and large family room
No staff on premises, long walk from Sapporo station, luggage rack is a mess and locks don't work. Not easy to find food nearby. Entrance doors are not unlocked until 9am.
