Hotel provided a free return shuttle service from Sapporo. Onsen and sauna experience was good. French breakfast and dinner a special treat. Although may not be to everyone’s taste but we thought we’d give it a try, Minami ( Restaurant Manager , not sure I have correct spelling of his name ) and another of the serving staff were great, made the experience fun and not so formal which we liked. Our room in the executive suite area was roomy and well equipped.
The hotel is like a maze, many of the guests we met were also trying to find out where to go.
I would recommend not to go on the weekend as hundreds of people go for the day and the onsens are packed, difficult to find quiet time.
Many of the staff had very very limited English . The translator app was a life saver.
Would have liked the executive area onsens on level 16 and rooftop to be strictly for those paying to stay on those floors.

Both dinners and breakfasts are great including the very nice services at the French Kaiseki restaurant.
