We have spent a few days in the Fraser Residence Hanoi. The hotel is in a good location, well-maintained and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
What really made our stay special was the staff. The entire team was friendly, helpful, attentive and professional.
From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and well taken care of (especially Stella, Steven, Bill and Ann at the reception desk). The breakfast offer is ample and Elizabeth at the door was especially pleasant, preparing even a special coffee for us, and the cook making egg dishes makes some of the best omelets we have ever had.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
Thank you! A&P&A&N from Poland

The hotel is located at least 30 minutes away from the Old Quarter and the main attractions. During the holidays, the additional 60 minutes spent in taxis every day became quite a hassle. Otherwise, the hotel stay was very comfortable.
