Cleaning Service

Please note that the room rate does not include daily housekeeping.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, guests receive one complimentary cleaning service per week. Please let us know your preferred time in advance so we can arrange it for you.

Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for USD 30 per service.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and pleasant environment for everyone:

No smoking inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area on the ground floor.
No parties or events.
Illegal drugs, prohibited substances, and prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Please avoid cooking or consuming strong-smelling foods inside the apartment. A deep-cleaning fee of USD 100 may apply if additional professional cleaning is required.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, out of respect for our neighbors.
Lost access/elevator card replacement fee: USD 30 per card.
Parking inside the building is available for an additional fee, subject to the building management's regulations.
Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Early check-in may be available depending on the previous guest's check-out and apartment availability. It cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
