This is a well equipped apartment in a subterranean part of a bigger house. There is everything you need: washer, dryer, full kitchen with oven and also dishwasher machine (provided it works). Parking is good. The house is in a very nice suburban area with a huge park, good excursion possibility within Reykjavik.
Some refurbishment would be needed for the kitchen furniture and the bathroom cabinet. Also, we could not figure, how the dishwasher works, or it is broken? Otherwise, everything was fine.

Communication through the website was not the best option. Ended up struggling to get a hold of the the property owner, but he was kind and helped get all thing sorted out.

L'appartamento è carino e accogliente. Il suo punto di forza è la posizione centrale in città.
La cucina è un po' trascurata, infatti gli sportelli non si chiudono bene, e sono cedevoli. Dovrebbero essere sistemati per evitare che si stacchino del tutto e causino incidenti. La lavastoviglie, pur accendendosi, non sembrava funzionare perfettamente.
