Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped.
We were very hot in the evenings upstairs and think a 10am check out is very early for a weekend stay.

The standard of furnishings was very good and made the property feel like home.
Not being able to park outside the property, and the steps up to the front door, made it a bit of a challenge for my recently disabled daughter.

I booked mayfly lodge for 2 nights to celebrate my mums 80th birthday with family. The lodge is stocked with whatever you could wish for. It is quirky and decorated beautifully.
The location is also excellent as was the view over the lake. I would definitely recommend it

I live close to the property but booked it for my son and his family for their visit to us from USA, to give them space for themselves rather cramming them in our home. It is a well presented property in a most pleasant setting. The host's arrival briefing document was comprehensive and helpful.
The three agencies* involved in the stay could be rather confusing, with communications coming from two with a third potentially there for some issues.
