The house is in a lovely spot great for walking. Good size for six & a dog. Has everything you need.
Philip is an excellent host, sending all the information you need.

We had a lovely time at the Emerald lake house. It had everything you needed. Lovely walks, great views and an excellent location to get to everywhere you needed.
The only let down for this property was the cleanliness. We walked in and the curtains were dirty, bottles under the sofas that had looked like they had been swept under, the lamp shades had cobwebs in it with flies trapped in it, floors were dirty, the travel cot could mattress could be up dated as that was very marked, etc little things that have let this property down. Especially when you pay over £100 for a cleaning fee you expect the property to be cleaned to a high standard.

The park is peaceful and beautiful. It was lovely seeing all the wildlife! The lakes are a gorgeous blue and it was lovely to walk around the site.
Dogs must be kept on a lead. No shop, nearest was South Cerney.
Kids loved the park and tennis/table tennis equipment was supplied so we made use of that.
We had an informative welcome email so getting in the property was easy. Also let us know about other codes, what to do when leaving, WiFi etc.
The house was well decorated and done to a high standard. Plenty of hot water, no noise from neighbours.
The master bed was quite hard and would benefit from a topper. My husband actually drove back home for one as I was trying to sleep on a pillow.
No complaints from the other beds.
Second step off the deck is loose so needs screwing back down!
Oven wasn’t great, took a long time to cook.
