on the site it looked as if the fitness room was on the property but instead it was in a clubhouse that we could not get access to

very Nice property. Just didn’t get a chance enjoy it .

Location was great

Unfortunately on arrival we found some of the kitchen areas dirty and I had to clean utensils drawer and utensils as they weren’t clean. The coffee pot was broken and was only discovered when using it the following morning when hot coffee leaked everywhere- not ideal when my grandchildren were staying! I had to launder some sheets in the master suite as they had a very sour odour. On one of the single beds the mattress protector was badly ripped making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The shower door handle was broken in the master suite ( this was reported and repaired but still disappointing) and the tap/faucet in the bath in the double bedroom was insecure- reported but not repaired. Out at the poolside everywhere was dirty- furniture, sun loungers and ground. Also an area in the corner of lanai was filthy.These issues were reported and an attempt was made to hose down the items but still not satisfactory. The lanai was torn on the roof and this made the pool unusable until it was cleaned of bugs and debris. I understand weather in Florida can cause debris to accumulate but I feel this is something that has been neglected and needs repair. On the day of our departure, when removing the sheets for laundry, I discovered a huge stain on the double mattress- no mattress protector had been on this bed and I was really disgusted to know I had been sleeping on this for 2 weeks. To add to this the bed was on wheels and very noisy. The movement was quite disconcerting for my husband who has mobility issues and is unsteady on his feet.
