Very spacious, comfortable and clean
The only let down is that there was no personal contact after booking just automated messages and if you had any questions you’d need to contact the site where the accommodation is let from although there was a number provided if you needed to make contact.

Clean, cosy and hot tub was amazing

The location was ideal for our event in Windermere. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. The site was lovely with short walks to get to the lake and only 10 min walk from Brockhole.
Outdoor space to relax was great and the hot tub lovely (witnessed the site maintenance checking it on the day we left).
Kitchen provided sufficient equipment to cook - we ate in both nights.
One night was slightly spoilt by noise from a neighbouring chalet.
Being able to separate the double into twin beds would have worked perfectly for us.
The outside of the chalet is in need of a little TLC in comparison to some of the surrounding chalets.
6 proper seats outside rather than 4 would be good.

we loved the property it was exceptional really - spacious and clean and lots of things in the kitchen for cooking - very good overall
the only thing is the decking very slippery but it was
very wet - I’d suggest a canopy over the hot
tub as the rain was persistent when we came and it made enjoying it difficult had it had a canopy it would of made it a lot more enjoyable
