Location of lodge in a quiet position, easy access to lodge on arrival due to keys placed in key code box. Lodge was very clean, furniture and accessories excellent. Everything provided on arrival, bedding, towels, etc. no need to take anything apart from food and personal possessions. Hot tub is an added bonus to relax after a busy day.
Time you were able to access lodge at 4pm. Thought this was quite late in the day, appreciate cleaning is necessary between departures and arrivals but by the time we got everything organised day was at an end.
Just a thought but possibly a lamp would be beneficial in main living area to save putting ceiling spot lamps on whilst watching tv.

Great location at the end of a cul-de-sac near all of the parks facilities.
the best lodge in the langdale area.
superbly decorated throughout and hot tub and decking area was outstanding.
fridge wasn’t very cold at all tried altering temperature but to no avail,had to throw some items away that had been in fridge.
discovered on the last night when kids wanted to have a bath instead of a shower that the plug doesn’t work in the bath.
