Absolutely wonderful

Beautiful location, gorgeous lodge. Home away from home feel. Lovely.

There was a distinct pet odour in the lounge area which was exacerbated by the almighty hot weather we had.

Great relaxing stay in the Lake District

Clean, comfortable lodge with plenty of room. Location was perfect. Easy drives to local attractions. Resort was so peaceful and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful

The minor point mentioned did not really bother us. It was a great lodge with a lovely hot tub. Great location. Would de

Location was great . In the countryside, but not far from Windermere. Nice and quiet.

Only minor points. The power sockets in the small bedroom were hard to find. Located behind a chest of drawers. Secondly, I would prefer to have a dishwasher in the lodge. This would properly sanitise all the crockery for the next customer.

Great lodge but power outage spoilt New Year celebrations.

Lodge very comfortable and clean, added bonus of the hot tub.

Power outage in South Lakeland New Years eve morning from 10am until 2am New Year's day put pay to New year's eve celebrations on site and meant we had no heating or gas for 24hrs (10am-10am next day) due to a trip switch on the gas meter, it would have been great that Parkdean could invest in back up generators on site for future.
