Lovely super-clean cottage with a quiet secluded garden. Washing machine and dryer both excellent - although we did not find the instructions for the former until after we had done our first wash (which took about 3 hours to finish). Dryer was much more simple though, "set time - start", done. Warm weather meant we only had to use it once though as there was a line in the garden.
Really well-stocked kitchen with every pot, pan, cooking utensil you could want available (although we didn't actually use as we always take our own pans as we are vegetarian and like to be sure). Certainly everything there that you could want though.
Really nice touch was that there were two TVs - one set to Irish channels and one set to British. Too many rentals seem to offer UK but not Irish TV channels which seems a bit odd as when we are away we don't want to see the same old stuff we watch for the rest of the year so this was a really nice change.
Really good, strong WIFI and plenty of hot water. Well-thought out power points and lights by the bed that could be swtiched off without having to get up.
Good shower with easy-to-understand controls again which is SO important for people who are coming into a preperty for the first time. Really nice cottage and we would certainly consider staying here again.
Not much really - cottage was very good. Couple of small issues; power switch had flipped when we got there and the freezer had defrosted so there was a puddle of water in the kitchen and we had to locate the fuse box. All sorted though and no further problems for the rest of the trip.
A bit of a faff for the key. Had to call to get the code when it could easily be texted to us on the day. No problems locating it though. Doors were a bit stiff to close/lock and took a bit of effort which we were reluctant to do at first in case we broke it. Again, very very minor issue though and only mention it for clarity.
One minor thing for US was the shower over the bath - as we are getting older much prefer a walk-in or standalone shower but totally understand families might want different.
Only other disappointment was not being able to recycle. Again understand the reasons due to the collections but it always feels odd now to throw away cardboard, plastic etc.
All of these are minor niggles though and overally a truly fantastic place to stay.

We self catered all week and enjoyed that. The cottage was so lovely it was easy to cook and enjoy our food every day while there
Can’t think of a thing except we couldn’t find any towels or get the Wi-Fi when we arrived. . We found a tel no in among the emails we had received before we travelled. The person who answered was the owner and didn’t relish our questions! We felt we would never have looked for the towels in the Poofe or ottoman in the dining room! We looked in the bedroom the toilet the kitchen but not the poorest! ! We felt we would have appreciated that info being part of the excellent info sheet awaiting us in the kitchen! The owner was able after lots of questions etc That his daughter must have unplugged the Wi-Fi thingamagig . We Searched at his directions and sure enough there it was unplugged! Once plugged in the Wi-Fi came on and all was well!
We had no trouble with anything after that and enjoyed every minute of our stay in the cottage

Although really quiet area there was a ship around the corner . It was so close to Kilmore Quay , New Ross etc . The house was immaculate when we arrived and we had everything we needed

We enjoyed our stay here. The cottage is a good size, with two double bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining area (table for four plus a breakfast counter), and two living rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, and has washer/dryer facilities. Wifi was strong, and shower pressure was good. The village is quaint, and has a pub and small shop within a short walking distance of the cottage. Great location for exploring Wexford, Waterford and beyond.
The mattresses and bed linens are old, and need refreshing.
