This was an affordable comfortable property near the Grand Canyon.

It was comfortable; good value, good location near Grand Canyon.

The two beds in loft were just mattresses on the floor.

Cerca del Parque Nacional, aunque en un lugar desértico.

El primer día solo salía un chorrito de agua fria. El segundo día sin agua. No pudimos ducharnos ningún día. El microhondas tampoco funcionaba. Avisamos al propietario el primer día y no nos dieron solución. El segundo día a las 9:30 PM nos facilitaron la clave para ir a ducharnos a otra cabaña. Después de salir con frio por la noche, la clave de la segunda cabaña no funcionaba. Mas tarde nos enviaron otra clave que ya no probamos. Nos quedamos sin ducha. La descripción de la cabaña no responde a la realidad. La tercera habitación no es tal, sino mas bien un altillo dentro del salón sin ninguna intimidad y con los colchones en el suelo. No hay sitio en la cabaña para dejar las maletas, las tuvimos que abrir en medio del salón, que es bastante pequeño. LLevábamos 23 días recorriendo la costa oeste y en ningún alojamiento hemos tenido problemas. La propiedad exige mucho (incluso 300$ de fianza) y el servicio pésimo.

We would definitely use this property again

House met our basic needs as we really only wanted a place to sleep and shower.

We had a disbled person, so putting sturdy bars in the bathroom at a minimum would have been fantastic. We were able to maneuver up the few steps and throughout the house with her walker.

The tiny home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is absolutely adorable and easily accommodated all 8 of us.

There is no water pressure or hot water in the kitchen sink. There aren't enough things to cook with. If you plan on cooking there, bring your own, especially if you need to use the oven. There wasn't anything to use for the oven, no dishes, no pot holders either. There is only a tiny frying pan and 2 little pots nothing else for cooking.

Tiny home 25 minutes from South rim of Grand Canyon was comfortable and clean- a perfect getaway!

This tiny home was awesome!!! It was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The location felt serene in what appears to be a newer area of tiny homes being built. There were three tvs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared to be ready and stocked for utilizing if we needed it. After staying here, I honestly have started to think I could live full time in a tiny house like this.

The shower pressure was not good and after I took a short shower, the hot water ran out for the next person who showered after me. My 21 year old son slept on one of the floor mattresses in the loft and said it was not comfortable. I think that the loft would have been better for a small child who won't mind sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

cold water, air conditioner don't work, call for assistance and no solutions beside a young lady (Amanda) who helped a lot and the last night we was moved to another unit, but the 2 night out of 4 we couldn't sleep because was to hot and the air conditioner didn't work

Exceptional

This tiny house is cozy and very comfortable for six people. Location is perfect, next to the Grand Canyon (30 min). We found everything that we needed there. Great customer service. Thank you! I would recommend.

Superb

I was traveling with family (7 adults) in an RV and we loved the place! It was very comfortable and instructions were very easy.

We were a bit worried when we turned off from the main road into the dirt road ... We didn't expect it to be that remote.

Great stay. Would stay again.

It was quiet. Small yet spacious for what we wanted. Clean and comfortable. Host was informative for check-in and check-out.

Kitchen is not completely stocked with baking pans but host did inform us of that. So we were prepared. Only wish there was some.

Great Stay!

20 minutes outside of the Grand Canyon at the price we got was fantastic! It has all you need for a short and long stay! My boys favorite stay on the trip! Thank you and we will try to get this home again if we are ever back down this way!
