Friendly staff. Really clean, comfortable beds. Perfect location.
For the size of the room (recommendation):
i) Addition of a small sofa.
ii) A bigger tv.

Perfectly placed in the town. Instructions easy to follow for online booking in, as I was late. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints there.
Hot water for the shower was pretty non existent.

Location in El Medano was great, near restaurants and the sea. Check in was easy and free parking was close.
Very busy road (also at night) so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

It was near the airport
Not a great deal. It was not really an hotel. Réception was only open at limited times. No one was there in the case of an emergency. So for elderly people not ideal.
