The staff was accommodating last minute after we realized we were scammed by another listing.
Ac doesn’t really work, toilet wouldn’t flush sometimes. It was hard to find where to go for check in.

Everything was perfect — the location, the staff, the room, and especially the bed, which was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed.

Perfect place. Great connection to the airport (few minutes walk from Termini station). And not too far walking to major touristic attractions e.g. fountain Trevi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a good and affordable restaurant just down the street.

Hotel is in close proximity to the train station which made arriving and departing easy. The metro to reach the centre is also very easily accessible. The neighbourhood that the hotel is situated in is very peaceful and quiet.
Because it is an old building, expect bubbly taps and eggy smelling water. The shower itself did have some mould. Also there was minimal light in the room due to the positioning of the windows.
