Great location - so close to the beach and coffee/take away shops.
Definitely enough space for 3 young families (a couple and infant in a bedroom each). Never felt crowded or on top of one another, especially with two living areas, two kitchens and a bathroom per bedroom.
Fairly well equipped with TVs, kitchen utensils, extra blankets, washer and dryer etc. Spare beach chairs and toys for kids were very handy and a lovely touch.
Responsive staff when we notified that the balcony wire was very loose and a hazard - had it repaired by property maintenance within a few hours of our arrival (on a Friday before the long weekend!)
The driveway, and more importantly, staircase inside is very steep and therefore dangerous for babies and young children. A baby gate at the top of stairs would be a wonderful investment for a property that is advertised for families.
The property needs a vacuum cleaner for travellers to use for sandy floors and small messes.

The apartment itself and the location are amazing. Modern, spacious and clean, it is a beautiful apartment and a close walk to the beach. The hosts were excellent and very responsive to all our needs.
There was no coffee machine which shouldn't be the case in an apartment in this category. It is a small effort to put a $100 nespresso machine in an apartment - happy to bring my own pods but an apartment this nice (and at this price point) should have a coffee machine. Some additional basics in the kitchen like a tea towel would also have been nice to have.

The view was sensational as you could see both the ocean & the hills which were beautiful at sunset. The house was modern & high spec with comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms.
The kitchen could have had some more pots and utensils eg cheese grater & coffee plunger.

Perfectly situated, 2 minutes walk from beach at Fingal Bay
Beautiful area near park and cafe
Good facilities,
Beds comfy, mattresses appeared brand new
Spacious accomodation perfect for extended family
Accomodation was grubby and needed a thorough clean, fly screens/windows dirty
Windowsills dusty
Floors sandy/ dirty our feet were black from walking on floors, we reported this and cleaner did come and quickly wipe over the floors
There were no hygiene covers on.matrresses or pillows.
Would have been nice to have more than 1 towels per person
