The view, the location, aesthetic finish. Clean. Responsive to calls regarding issues, but not solving them promptly.
Where to start, the misleading information.
OFFSITE pool, we were travelling with 80-year-old parents, and the 700m walk was not expected. It should be clearly stated.
We said we had 6 guests, you supplied 5 beds.
The second bed is a double bed, not queen as stated on site.
One of the pans in the kitchen was so badly ?scoured, most of the coating was off it, you would be eating the leftover Teflon- you may as well have supplied a broken toy... it's the same thing, useless.
The downstairs toilet near where the kids slept, we advised you about Thurs. Running continuously, stopping for about a minute, then ran again. 4 days!!! Wastage of water.
You said there was no car parking, then offered a rate well above what we found ourselves.
Upstairs hair dryer, not working.
No booklet or information on site like we would have at any of our other booking.com accommodation to advise how to work blinds, TV, online info only, rules for packing up, nearby attractions.... nothing... at all.
