The location is just on the beach. The beach looks to be the personal beach for hotel guests. But the rooms are very small and toilets are even smaller. The setup is temporary as they have to close it during monsoon period. Although we can not point out anything that we can complain of. Food is very expensive here in comparison to other beeches in Goa.
Toliets , showers in rooms do not have water pressure. Sand is there at all parts. Food was expensive.

good location, good food & great own Pizza
Garden area could have been better. there is less sign board to reach resort. and they wont tell you about Paid parking 500meters from resort , if you have luggage then god only help
