Clean relaxing

The cottage was super adorable and was clean. There was a cute pond out back with a fountain that lit up at night. There was a grill that was accessible to us even tho we didn't use. Also a patio set to sit at.

The owners were literally right next door to us ,and I did not realize how close they were when renting the spot. I went for a girls trip, and wanted to let loose and there was children running around outside and we were trying to have a few drinks without having to worry less about things so this would be more for a family spot more than a girls trip next time. The floors were very slippery. We had to be cautious with walking around due to not taking a fall. But overall, it is very clean. Going outside at times, they'd stare while we'd sit at the pond area and have a few drinks. There was a smoke detector located above our bed in the bedroom that was sketchy, and I ended up covering during our stay due to a light that would move. I've had bad experiences with hidden cameras in hotel rooms. I'm not saying it was, but I was not taking a chance with it and just took the safe route with it and covered it up.

The cottage was clean and quiet.

Only one a/c unit in the living room. Really need air conditioning in the bedroom. The bedroom was hot and humid even with the door left open and a fan blowing in air from the living room.
