Location was great

The code for the house that they provided was incorrect, and we wasted a lot of time calling trying to figure out the right code. In addition, the master bathroom toilet did not work and we called them and no one picked it up. Also, there was a dirty laundry bag still out the house when we got there.

problematic we want a rebate Price is ridiculous for all the trouble your poor instructions put us

There was no breakfast and we had a terrible time with several inaccuracies in the listing: no one was there to check ID as listing stated was required. no one confirmed our one hr early arrival request then the combo lock on the door did not work. Bur first finding the place without more than just a street number was ridiculously hard... Huntington Ave is a dirt cart path. #25 prevents one from seeing #27 and there is NO # at the street. We had to call for directions. Once there it took 2 hrs to get into the place because the lock instructions were not accurate. One must wait 30 seconds not 5 for the red light to clear. We had to call 3 times to get help and persons answering for Vacasa had inaccurate info on lock (one thought there was a lockbox even- HA!). Then the local lock person was snotty about our difficulties and quite impatient. Told us 30 secs in a really snotty way when we said instructions were for 5. We had to enter through the cellar in the end which fortunately was not locked. Once in the place was spotless and very nice altho the large TV screen faces a brick wall so you cant see it from the armchairs and the coffee maker oozed water all over threatening us with electrocution. No coffee no filters so glad we had brought those. Then since it was Monday we were supposed to put the trash out but we had little and ended up taking out disgusting trash left in a lidded wooden bin to put in the roller where it should have been then no instructions on where to put the roller since it was next to a shed and the "road" consisted of a sandy jeep road.. Place lacks good instructions but is nice once you can get in and dont have to deal with trash or electrocution by coffee. Not gonna do Vacasa again and I think we are owed a rebate due to lock and time wasted.
