Dilivita Resthouse, the place, the staff made my experience unforgettable. I went there looking for relaxation and I found just that! Everything around me and the staff were focused on maximizing my comfort and giving me a delightful experience. Although stayed there for 6 nights, I left wanting to stay much more. It's a place I will definitely go back to.
Outside the resthouse, the nature is magical, you don't need to step outside to meet nature, you are in it, but if you choose to go out, you will find many hiking trails a few step away, enough to indulge yourself for hours and hours. Take a short hike to Goshavank, continue to Gosh lake, go further to Chermakavank or even further to Parz Lake! There is so much to explore and enjoy! Put on good hiking shoes, a bottle of water and pick up a stick from the bonfire are and you're set!
The bonfire everynight is magical! I met amazing people everynight from different parts of the world, literally all around the world and enjoyed home made Armenian wine and brandy. Mr. Serob, the place owner, treats all guests as family, creates space for people to meet and socialize but without creating any sort of pressure. He starts the fire, put on the music and the rest is magic!
Food is freshly coocked and delicious, it takes time for it to be ready, but that is the case for all good things in life, they take time! Order before hand and you should be set!
The souna, Banya, didn't fail to deliver! Wood fire heated gives you an hour or two of pure relaxation and joy!
Overall, a memory for lifetime, and I will go there again for sure.

The rooms are cozy, super clean and comfortable. Staff is exceptional and very warm!
Writing this review just as we leave from here to head to the airport, couldn't wait to leave them a review.
The first day we got here, Sarosh(the owner) said,"welcome to my house!", his words stayed true until we left, he woke up at 6 in the winter just to bid farewell and bear in mind that he is 71 years old. His hospitality is the absolute best, I would dare anyone to get the word "No" out of his mouth.
Also, this moment is really going to stick with me, I asked the owner to arrange a cab for us early in the morning for Yerevan airport, he said he'll have it ready but was more concerned that we would leave before breakfast would be ready and asked the restaurant staff to prepare something for us that early in the morning.
Their restaurant doesn't offer Halal meat, but Qristine walked us through the menu every single morning and told us the suggested amazing vegetarian and egg options. The food is spectacular, but the staff is even better.
I would most definitely leave a higher rating if Booking.com let me, because they deserve every bit of praise they get.
