דירה נחמדה במיקום מעולה, הסדינים והמגבות בלויים וזה פחות נחמד. יש מזגן רק בקומה העליונה ובקומה התחתונה היה חם. הדירה מרווחת, אפשר לבשל ולהכין אוכל, יד מרפסת נחמדה לשבת בחוץ. הדירה על שפת הטיילת וניתן ללכת ברגל עד קוטור.
