Supportive staff. And clean room.
No wifi. The room had smart TV. But no internet so it was useless. Since my stay was just for 1 day so it didn't matter much to me.
Also, a doormat would have been better as well in the room.

Location
We had a room on the roadside and it was very noisy
The staff didn’t bother about cleaning up the room
