Modern and a lot of natural light
The owner accused our friends of breaking a window in their apartment. We stayed on our own ground floor and did not even know what happened on the second floor, and of course, we believe our friends. These kinds of things should be handled more politely. Also not happy that I am now dragged into this because I made the reservation but was not in the apartment where this happened. Our friends said this was not the case when they left, and they also took photos before leaving as they first wanted to give a good review on Google. So yes, the apartments are good, but be careful if they claim you broke something.

The location was great very close to the center.
Beautiful view.
The property was clean.
Great communication with the owner,
We had a problem - the Wi-Fi did not work and she gave us a partial refund for the inconvenient.
Single bed was very comfortable.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work part of our stay.
The double bed was very uncomfortable. It was supposed to be electric, but it did not work and its squeak and also the sheets was uncomfortable.
There was also a lingerie machine that did not work.

Location is great to move around lakes around the area. Offers parking which is nice. Beautiful view on mountains. Very easy communicate with owner, also responsive to any needs.
There was a minor issue with shower, but it was solved immediately by owner and offered a nice detail to compensate. We had a pleasant stay!

The property is in a great location with free parking, Bad Ischl is a lovely town, with great amenities, the views were amazing.
The instructions weren’t so easy to follow, the parking spaces we were told to park in were named completely different so we didn’t park there, the shower didn’t get hot whilst we were here and there were silverfish in the toilet, it just didn’t feel homely or clean!
