The staff were amazing. We encountered a couple of issues (blocked toilet, trouble with a door lock) but the staff were more than happy to attend to them immediately upon being notified.
There was a bit of a smell assumedly from another guest.

Decent for what you pay for and a nice pub.
Complimentary snacks are nice touch
One shared bathroom for 12 ish rooms that was filthy with soaked slippery floors.
Could not find the WiFi that was listed on the info sheet.
I also asked to extend my booking and got an affirmative but that I would need to change rooms which was fine. I packed up everything into the car in the morning because the place was closed and when I came from a day out I was told that the room was given to someone else which was pretty disappointing.
