La Chronique Hotel

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La Chronique and honestly cannot think of anything I was dissatisfied with. My flight arrived in Phnom Penh at around 6 a.m., so I reached the hotel shortly after 7. Luckily, a room was already available, and the supervisor immediately allowed me to check in early without any hesitation. I was extremely grateful for this gesture, especially after an overnight flight, and I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. As this was my first time in Phnom Penh, I had quite a few practical questions, and they always responded immediately and did their best to help. For example, I did not know that Grab could be used to call tuk-tuk in Phnom Penh, and the staff helped me sort that out. They also assisted me with questions about getting a local SIM card. Their service made my first days in the city much easier and more comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and the hotel itself is beautiful, clean, quiet, and modern. The facilities are well maintained, and there is a lovely café downstairs. The food there is a little on the expensive side, especially breakfast, but the setting and overall atmosphere are very pleasant, so I still felt it was worth it. Overall, I had an excellent experience at La Chronique and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phnom Penh. The combination of warm service, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, modern facilities, and thoughtful hospitality made this one of the best parts of my stay in the city.

Excellent hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Phnom Penh.
