The location was fantastic very central ( on the street leading to the 199 steps up to the Abbey)
The cottage was beautiful, even had a little hamper of goodies for us .
Really comfortable beds washing machine was very useful..
Plenty of pubs and restaurants on the same street
The steps leading up to the cottage we're difficult for my mother in law to get up has they didn't have handrails.
Even though it's nothing to do with the owners the people above us had children jumping about so much the light fittings were rattling about ( shouting solved that problem lol)

The Nook was very central . Cozy and cool inside , as it was really hot . So nice to return to after a day out
Lack of parking . But it seems all the same in Whitby

Location
Needs a good deep clean. Cobwebs everywhere. Kitchen pannels detached. Needs painting. Window frames rotten. Locks not working on french doors.
