Buffet lacked options, paying for drinks was INSANE given the price point so was hugely disappointed every night had to spend extra money on soft drinsk and water. The spa was nice but the lady was abit rude. She said it was to busy but it was only 4 people.. not sure what her issue was. The hallways are long, the walk to rooms from the elevator are insane. Elevators take ages to come and the pool area gets packed. Overall it’s ok but not worth the price, needs more options for food and entertainment and better service in general. The large metal umbrella fell in our room & hurt my husbands arm badly. I informed receptionist who just asked if he’s ok and didn’t bother to see him or offer any apologies and blamed the wind but it was just unprofessional someone came and didn’t even remove it just closed it inside the pool so we couldn’t use the pool on the last day as worried it would hurt us again. Very sad.

The facilities were very nice. All the activities for children were great. They were extremely good at accommodating my daughter’s celiac disease with great gluten free food.

The AC In the room was not working. Upon request they sent a technician but he didn’t do anything. We were not offered to change rooms.

Lovely location , close enough to beach and all amenities provided. SPA facilities are great and great helpful staff. We had a great treatment there

While food was well presented it was not to my 5 star hotel class which this hotel is. Lacking diverse food choices

Most of the staff where friendly. The cleaning staff were excellent. The younger staff were all so nice! Food was good at the property.

It would have been nice to have a heated pool outside they were all cold. Even the one that was tarp. Would be nice if the spa were included in the property “not pay extra”.
