Dirty old furniture ripped up. Plumbing didn’t work

Amazing view, nicely decorated. Pleasant environment with guests and crew.

Furniture was worn enough that seats sank in. Master bed was lumpy.

Location was great !

When I went to front desk they where no help at all ! I didn’t know know where the office was to get the wrist bands and when I asked the lady at the lobby she made seem like she didn’t know what I was talking about

The beach view.

The location of the property was perfect. Easy access to the beach and the beach was clean.

First, we tried to use the beach access code, but we could not because it was the wrong code. I chat with someone from management to provide us with the current code and they did not know it either. I had to ask another guest for the correct code. Then we inspected the Condo we found several issues with the cleanliness of the condo. For example, the cabinet in the kitchen was coming apart from the wall (dangerous), ceiling tiles falling from the ceiling, TVs did not work, the sofa bed had bugs and black dropping, the bunk bed was broken, and finally stains in the towels. My family had to sleep on the floor because they did not feel safe in the bunk bed. I have photos of everything that was wrong, unsafe and cleanliness of this condo.

Master bed First beach gate code didn't work

master bath shower valve was broken. It made it difficult to turn on the water. It needs replaced soon before it completely breaks

roach issues outdated uncomfortable patio chairs and mattresses - master bed room curtains are not working properly.

the furniture is super old and ripped, the bed mattress is in bad condition, also all the kitchen utensils ,toaster were dirty and full of grease, I have ti buy kitchen trash bags because I had just one( the one in the trash can) the carpet is very dirty and even have an old gum, the curtain shower is in bad condition and the blinds are so transparent that the sun came since 6 am. 👎

The Condo was very pleasant and cozy. Oh let me not forget the Cleanliness for me!!

The condo could use some updating. none of the beds had blankets, just sheets. Old gum on the carpet. Shower curtain was full of mold and needed to be replaced.

location was great, clean, and comfortable.

There was no extra blankets and had to use towels for the extra bed. There was also not enough toilet paper and had to buy more.

the blinds were broken and the balcony door wouldn’t open had to wait for repair guy to fix things which wasted so much time of our stay
