L'emplacement est excellent. Quand on le sait, il est à moins de 50m du Calle Torneo,51 à partir d'où on peut prendre (pour moins cher) un VTC ou le bus. Pour ceux qui marchent bien, les grand monuments sont accessibles à pieds A proximité immédiate : petit Carrefour Express, vente de produit cuisinés maison et plusieurs bar à tapas. L'appartement est petit mais bien organisé, bien équipé et joliment decoré.

Le bruit ! Fenetre de la 1ere chambre donnant sur la cage d'escalier à proximité avec ascenseur, impossible de dormir fenêtre ouverte et fermée ce n'est pas beaucoup mieux. Pour la chambre du fond (lit double), c'est un peu mieux. Le double vitrage en Andalousie est peut-etre thermique (à voir en été) mais pas vraiment phonique ... Stationnement compliqué si on a une voiture.

Location felt very safe. We were close to Alameda de Hércules & San Lorenzo - lots of bars/ restaurants - good value. Easy walk into the centre - everything is flat- no hills. 2 bathrooms were great - the best showers. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities really but everything was there you would need. Air-con worked great. Lift was great. When we needed help the response was quick and the issue resolved very quickly.

Nothing. The front door to the building has a ‘knack’ to opening it, but once that is experienced, there was nothing wrong about this property.
