I wish I had stayed somewhere else so I could have had a better Christmas holiday.

Lift. It was useful as it has many floors…

Before my arrival, I asked about cleaning supplies (washing machine and dishwasher detergent), and I received two different messages. The first message said they would leave a few tablets and that I could buy more if needed. The second message said they would provide enough detergent for the entire stay. However, we didn’t receive any at all — there was only rock salt for the dishwasher. I messaged them about this, and the reply was simply that the cleaner said she had left a few tablets — that was it. It basically made it sound like I was lying 🥵😂🧐🥲 The house was also not clean. I dropped my hat on the floor, and when I picked it up, it was so dirty that I couldn’t use it anymore. There were no slippers provided, so we walked around barefoot or in socks, and I had to throw them all away afterwards. The main toilet is on the second floor with a sliding door that doesn’t open smoothly and makes a loud noise, so you can hear everything from the rooms. I could also hear noise from other rooms throughout the house. On top of that, the toilet had a strong sewage smell. I had to hold my nose every time I used it, and it was even worse in the morning. I didn’t feel comfortable showering there and honestly felt sick. There are many other issues, but I don’t want to waste more time writing them all. This place is definitely not suitable for people who are looking for a clean space and good service.

Flat location was great for touring the old city, but garage can only take a small to medium car.

Check in instruction could be clearer and could be sent out earlier, especially on how to open the door when it is double locked.

Da localização central, da limpeza e do anfitrião, sempre disponível. Os quartos eram muito confortáveis e bem organizados (um quarto é no RC, dois quartos no segundo andar e uma suite no terceiro andar).

A casa tem 4 andares (RC com um quarto no RC e um WC apenas com sanita e lavatório, sala com kichenet no 1ºandar, dois quartos e 1 WC no segundo andar e uma suite no terceiro andar), portanto muitas escadas para subir e descer, com crianças pequenas foi muito complicado e na altura dos banhos para 8 pessoas só tínhamos dois duches. A garagem é efetivamente muito pequena, o nosso carro não deu. A cozinha não tem utensílios para 8 pessoas e os armários estão já muito estragados, difícil abrir armários ou o frigorífico.
