This location is next to the hostel Buenos Aires, so it will be easy for the tour agency to pick me up. The owner of the house is very friendly and waits for me outside to handle the key to me. Also due to the "blue dollar exchange rate" in Argentina, I paid only half of the price since I paid it with Argentina pesos cash, which is a very good deal. The apartment is huge with a kitchen and everything for myself. Good privacy, quiet at night, huge studio.
The heater works only on day 1, and then it breaks. Hot showers also only work for like 3 minutes and then it gets cold. The whole apartment is very cold at night since the heater is broken. I believe this house is still using gas, when the heater is turned on, it has strange smell around the house. The door lock handle also has some issues. Also the location is slightly a bit far from the city center. Normally expecting a 10-15 mins walk to the city center.
