Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good choice for families. The location is convenient, with Petaling Street approximately a 10-minute walk away and an MRT station nearby, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur.
The host provided clear and easy-to-understand instructions before our arrival, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Both check-in and check-out were quick and convenient, which added to the overall positive experience.
However, the biggest downside was the air conditioning. The unit felt quite hot, even with the air conditioning running. It seemed that the air conditioner might not have sufficient cooling capacity for the size of the unit, which made the stay less comfortable.
Another minor inconvenience was the car park. The ramps leading up to the parking levels were rather narrow, making it a little challenging to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. Drivers need to be extra careful when going up.
Despite these issues, it's still a nice place for a family stay. Hopefully, management can improve the air conditioning and parking experience for future guests.

The management was super friendly, helpful and very informative. The management out to me via WhatsApp and make the whole check-in and parking process smooth. My unit view was great and the infinity swimming pool view of Merdeka 118 tower was great.
