The location, service and rooftop patio are superb. Stunning views and ambiance. Breakfast was fine, the food was decent but nothing to write home about.
The food at breakfast was a bit bland and simple. Would also appreciate some umbrellas or sun covering on the rooftop patio so we could sit comfortably as there is no escape from it on the patio during the morning/daytime.

Stairs. So many stairs. No lift. More importantly no warning.
The list of fines we woukd have to pay for this and that. Makes you feel extremely unwelcome, like they think we are going to behave like animals.
Complications of getting there. I understand the candapole parking bit but why couldn’t the tuk tuk take us straight to the door? It is easy to do.
The advertised minibar is not a minibar at all, simply and empty fridge. The entire building is alcohol free.
They asked if we wanted our room cleaned - we said yes - they didn’t do it and then got all upset when we wanted the coffee and toiletries refreshed.
Water is a chargeable extra at breakfast. WATER!!!!! And the (vegetarian only - don’t remember that being advertised) breakfast they did offer was very
questionable.
