It was such a delight and a wonderful experience spending five nights at Rock House in April 2026 for my 56th birthday. My husband and I had just spent five nights at South Bank for his birthday at the beginning of April and we decided to come back to the Sister property Rock House for another five nights and oh my goodness Rock House was absolutely splendid. A very beautiful and charming property perched on the Cliff side, amazing views from our room overlooking the sea and a beautiful plunge pool. The cave bar was our relaxation place every evening. We had dinner there every night. The food was top-notch. Very tasty and just very high-quality…. and can I start to talk about the staff? Wow wow wow wow… they were beyond excellent… I basically adopted daughters and nieces on that trip… Rodeline, Sarafina, Cassy, and Natalia were so amazing. I cannot begin to explain how professional and kind and excellent those ladies were!!! The young lads at the pool were also very nice and very professional and I do not remember their names, but the slightly older guy from Haiti was also a blessing to us and our cleaner, Sylvana was the kindest sweetest woman, and then the lady at concierge which I am struggling to remember her name now was so kind to us as well. This was an amazing experience and I highly recommended it to anybody who wants a beautiful, relaxing, joyful, and luxurious vacation. Thank you, Rock House. We will be back very soon and we are going back to the Sister property South Bank in June with two of our children.

Overall the property grounds and common areas, guest rooms, gym, pool, private beach are all lovely looking and very comfortable and clean. The sea is clean and a stunning blue, the sand pristine, the pool gorgeous, the gym very well appointed, tons of great amenities in the bathrooms, bed comfortable with great pillows.
- The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, as was the daily bottled water supply.
- Loved that they turn down and refresh the rooms every evening.
- A few of the staff were great like the front desk folks and a few of the servers.
- The food was pretty good quality and fresh, if a little bland and limited.
The service was mostly quite poor - slow, forgetful, absent, incorrect, non-responsive. Aside from a couple of standouts (Robert, Rashad, the evening house keeping and a couple of the wait staff), they were usually nowhere to be seen, we had to wave them down multiple times just to get coffee.
- The same lady seated us every day for 4 days for breakfast and not once did we get a "good morning", nor a smile from most of the folks.
- We heard most of the other guests complaining about the same things - late orders, wrong orders, forgotten orders, or complete nonchalance so it certainly wasn't just our bad luck.
- I imagine it's normal for the island but the cost of nightly room, plus all the taxes etc, as well as the food was very poor value for money.
