We were a family of seven, and my two young adult couples really wanted to experience La Placita de Santurce. This place was absolutely perfect because it was within walking distance! I didn't hear any loud music or crazy noise at all..just a few passing cars with loud horns here and there. Having private parking was a huge plus, and I absolutely loved it. The condo also featured a nice little kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. If you are looking to stay in the San Juan/Condado area, I highly recommend this one!
Just a quick heads up for future guests: they are very strict with checkout time. The cleaning lady was at our door at 11:00 AM on the dot. If you have an emergency or need an early check-in or late check-out even by just an hour…keep in mind that they strictly stick to the exact times!

It was comfortable for 5 people. 2 floors and 3 baths. Good location near to touristic places. It was clean.
There were not sufficient cups of tea for 5 or kitchen tools. The washer was a little dirty.

Washer and dryer in room
No elevator you must carry all your luggage up the stairs. Dogs barking at all hours, loud music and tv playing next door. Furniture and bed spread had stains on them. No person to talk to other than by text. They tell you do not call unless it is an emergency. Washer sounds like it is going to take flight during the spin cycle. Toilet would not stop running. Walls need a paint job. Furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced.
