You have to provide a better service.

When I checked in it was no hot water in the shower. They fix it only after two days. So, 48 hours I was without hot water. If you have any problems, they a not stay in touch on Saturday and Sunday. The photos of the apartments on booking.com are not actual, I think it made near 10 years ago. Now many items of a furniture are absent or different. Please note, that this building is on the big hill. It’s impossible to come up with baggage by walking. And it’s very hard to go up, coz you are walking like a climb up the mountain. You need walking up around 7-10 min. It’s very hard in hot weather and after walking all day. The shower cabine is very small and not comfortable. Strange washing room and toilet. I regret about chooseing this apartments.
