Fantastic hotel in a very quiet location along an unmade track.
Backs onto the shore of the lake and an easy walk into town which takes 20/30 minutes.
Lovely large room and comfortable king size bed.
Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lake, with a large terrace alongside the pool with a dozen or more comfortable settee sofas to sit on.
Good choice of food at breakfast, eating inside or outside.
Large free carpark.
We would happily go back for as long as possible, one of the best places we have stsyed in.
The bedroom is very short of European plug sockets.
Our room had 1 in the bathroom and the kettle had to be balanced on a chair.

Views,pool,bikes, rooms had AC, lake front on Lake como.

Beautiful facility, large comfortable room with large bathroom and even a drying rack which we used for our clothing to dry on the lovely terrace. The 2nd floor terrace overlooked the swimming pool and Lake Como a few yards beyond. Beach access and clean clear lake waters were just steps away next to flat path along the shore. One direction south and the other back toward Gravedonna. Breakfast was included and delicious - both the food and the coffee. The hotel is adjacent to a farm and greenhouses. Very serene with lovely views.

The breakfast was great and the view around the hotel.
The room we got on the ground floor was not silent at all, we heard the loud music from the lobby, guests and the breakfast preparations every day. The bathroom smelled urine. You can use bikes as there is quite the distance to the nearby villages but they were not functionable or safe. The hotel does not have a restaurant.
