The building is old and needs some renovation. Initially before the change the room on first floor with sea view has actually a view which is not that great.

• Unfortunately, the food was a major disappointment and by far the weakest part of our stay. Having lived in the UAE for several years, we are used to a high standard of Middle Eastern hospitality and cuisine, and this was probably our worst all-inclusive food experience in the region. • The food selection was very repetitive and lacked creativity and variety. We were particularly disappointed by the almost complete absence of fresh fish, seafood and prawns. Grilled chicken seemed to be one of the main recurring options. • We also missed authentic Middle Eastern and Arabic cuisine, which we naturally expect and appreciate when staying in this part of the world. Apart from hummus, there was very little to represent the region’s rich culinary culture. • Another major disappointment was the misleading room presentation on Booking.com. We booked a room advertised with beautiful sea views, based on the photos and description provided, but were allocated a room on the first floor with virtually no view at all. This was very misleading and certainly not what we expected based on the room category we had paid for. • The overall atmosphere and guest mix were not quite to our taste. The resort felt very much geared towards a traditional mass-market all-inclusive holiday experience, with a predominantly Russian-speaking clientele, rather than the more diverse and internationally oriented atmosphere we usually prefer.
